Network Security Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Network and Security Specialist to join our team and support the design, implementation, and management of secure and scalable network infrastructures. In this role, you will work with modern networking and security technologies, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our IT environment. 🚀

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and security system design, installation, and management (LAN/WAN)
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, STP, BGP/OSPF, and traffic optimization
• Experience in the finance, banking, or fintech sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and security standards (PCI-DSS, BDDK, ISO 27001) is an advantage.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken,

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN network and security infrastructures to ensure performance, scalability, and security
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security-related issues in a dynamic environment
• Manage and support network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, STP, LACP, VXLAN, SDN, MPLS, and VPN
• Administer and maintain Load Balancer, WAF, and DDoS/IPS solutions
• Support and operate security platforms such as EDR, DLP, SIEM, and SOAR
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting, including BGP and multi-site WAN environments
