Position Summary:
- As an integral member of the Executive Management Team, participate in the formulation and implementation of bank-wide strategies and objectives.
- Lead and execute the Bank’s technology strategy and overall technology operations.
- Oversee the continuous optimization of the Bank’s technology environment, with a focus on advancing data capabilities and digital banking solutions.
The successful candidate will bring:
- A minimum of ten years progressively responsible experience in management information systems and technology, with a minimum of five years in a senior leadership role (or equivalent).
- Excellent managerial, planning, organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced technology, system, operational, and business experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to identify and prioritize critical path issues and risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- An understanding of and commitment to community banking and the mutual form of organization.
The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $350,000, plus additional benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function, and associated responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
