From Bucharest, we support international clients in key financial hubs such as New York, London, and Paris. In Bucharest, we specialize in the end-to-end implementation of front-office and risk platforms, from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring that our clients are fully supported throughout the

platform lifecycle. We focus on custom development and configuration, creating solutions that address unique client needs and regulatory requirements in real-time trading and risk management. Roles and Responsibilities

The consultant will be working closely with the business stakeholders, development, and analytical teams to understand the business requirements and work towards enhancing our clients eTrading & Risk Management Systems.

Main responsibilities will include developing code, blending it together to be run under single scenario, building various algorithms, along with investigating and explaining differences in results between potential legacy and newly developed systems.

Key Skills

• Strong proficiency in programming (Java, C++, C#, Python);
• Strong knowledge of data structures / analytical tools, Core Development Principles;
• Capable of all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including development, deployment and support of solutions in all run & change the bank scenarios;
• Ability to independently deliver solutions within a dynamic environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
