We are looking for Scrum Master Senior, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

• Act as a facilitator for the agile team, ensuring that Scrum principles and practices are correctly applied, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative environment of continuous improvement.
• Support the Product Owner, the development team, and business areas, ensuring that deliveries generate value, quality, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, guide the team on agile practices, and support self‑organization and continuous delivery.
• Assist the Product Owner with backlog organization and prioritization, contributing to requirement clarity and predictability.
• Act as a bridge between business areas and the team, supporting communication, expectation alignment, and demand understanding.
• Promote continuous improvement, inspect and adapt workflows, and implement practices that increase efficiency and quality.
• Support the use of corporate agile management tools and monitor and report team performance metrics.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working with multiple teams or in complex contexts.
• Strong mastery of the Scrum framework and familiarity with methods such as Kanban, XP, or Lean.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactivity, collaboration, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Facilitation skills, active listening, and conflict resolution capability.
• Knowledge of software development processes.
• Organization skills, prioritization mindset, and focus on value.
• Completed higher education degree in any field, plus a market‑recognized Scrum Master certification (such as PSM I/II, CSM, KSD, KSI, SAFe, or equivalent widely recognized by the market).

Desirable Skills

• Agile certifications: PSM I/II, CSM, KSD, KSI, SAFe, among others.
• Experience with flow metrics or predictive metrics.
• Experience in digital transformation environments.
• Knowledge of scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and solution design.
