The Opportunity:

This is not a business experimenting with AI for the sake of it. They’ve already deployed live use cases that have removed painful manual work from core advisory workflows, and leadership has seen the value firsthand.

That early success has created real buy-in, budget, and a growing backlog of problems they now want solved properly.

The timing is what makes this interesting. There is already proof that AI can create a meaningful impact here, but the capability is still early enough for the right person to help shape what it becomes.

Reporting to the CIO, you’ll join a lean AI team and help turn that momentum into scalable AI systems across the business.

The Role:

This is not a classic ML or Data Science role! It’s a hands-on senior IC role for someone who can take a real business problem, apply AI in practice, and ship solutions that deliver value.

That could be a Microsoft first full-stack engineer who has moved into building AI agents and applied AI systems. Or, it could be a Power Platform developer who has expanded into AI, automation, and workflow delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows across key business use cases
• Build across Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and the wider Power Platform
• Develop data pipelines, semantic models, and reporting to support AI and analytics
• Integrate AI solutions into core systems through APIs and Azure services
• Turn successful internal use cases into repeatable, governed solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify workflow and automation opportunities
• Ensure solutions meet privacy, governance, and audit requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience building AI agents, intelligent workflows, or applied AI solutions in a commercial setting
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem capability across Power Platform and Azure AI services
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge retrieval, and system integration
• Strong API and integration capability, ideally with some Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting experience
• Good grounding in data, reporting, and analytics, with Fabric or other modern data platform exposure a plus
• Able to work end-to-end, from discovery through to build and rollout
• Comfortable operating as a senior IC with a high level of autonomy
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in financial services, professional services, or other detail-heavy environments would be valuable
