Novon is growing our AI capability and we are looking to engage AI Engineers to design build and deploy sophisticated Agents that orchestrate data, workflows, and decisions.

We require experience in design and development using Python to build conversational agents. Proven experience in integrating these solutions to other existing systems with experience of Vector databases, API's, and security.

We are looking for a high level of education, ideally a degree in Computer Science or AI. A minimum of 3 years + AI Engineering experience with strong experience in design patterns, OOD and modular architecture.

The ability to break down ambiguous problems, proactive, strong reasoning and abstraction skills.

We are looking for individuals who have curiosity, and are passionate about AI as a craft and be able to demonstrate this passion with side projects, self-learning.
