Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Investment & Portfolio Manager (Remote – Austria) to lead digital asset investment strategies and manage portfolios across cryptocurrency and Web3 markets.

This role focuses on developing and executing investment strategies, managing digital asset exposure, and identifying opportunities across blockchain ecosystems. The Web3 Investment & Portfolio Manager will oversee portfolio allocation, monitor market conditions, and optimize performance across evolving market environments.

The role is ideal for someone with strong experience in crypto markets who understands portfolio construction, market cycles, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investment strategies across cryptocurrency markets
• Manage and optimize a diversified digital asset portfolio
• Analyze market trends, liquidity conditions, and trading signals
• Identify investment opportunities across DeFi, infrastructure, and Web3 sectors
• Monitor macro trends and adjust portfolio strategies accordingly
• Evaluate tokenomics, project fundamentals, and risk exposure
• Track portfolio performance and continuously refine strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategy with broader business objectives

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing digital asset portfolios or crypto investments
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, and Web3 infrastructure
• Experience developing and executing portfolio strategies
• Understanding of market structure, liquidity, volatility, and risk management
• Ability to analyze market data and identify investment opportunities
• Familiarity with trading platforms, analytics tools, or portfolio management systems
• Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
• Active involvement in crypto markets and Web3 ecosystems

Compensation

Salary range: €90,000 – €120,000 per year depending on experience and track record

Performance based incentives tied to portfolio performance may also be offered.
