Project Manager Android HMI/Framework/Platform

Responsibilities:

Co-defining the product vision, prioritizing features, people management, risk analysis and mitigation, reporting, budget management and forecasting, fostering teamwork, collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, leading certification activities

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 12+ years of Industry experience and at least 5 years of experience working in Infotainment systems or Android systems.

• 2+ years of project management experience

• Prior experience in Android Automotive OS or other automotive infotainment systems.

• Understanding of Android Automotive OS (AAOS), including its architecture and key components like Vehicle HAL, Car API, and infotainment systems.

• Familiarity with AOSP development cycles and integration processes.

• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and cybersecurity standards like ISO/SAE 21434.

• Familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, LIN, and Ethernet used in automotive environments.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines in software delivery for automotive systems.

• Ability to manage dependencies in software and hardware co-development.

• Proficiency with project planning tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Expertise with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and cybersecurity standards like ISO/SAE 21434.

• Experience of GAS certification, Working with Google test suites teams.

• Experience of managing teams working across all layers of Android (Android framework, Android HAL and Kernel)

• Project Management certifications like PMP
