• Manage a large apartment project (3 years project)

Leading Developer who have a track record of delivering large housing and apartment projects in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow.

They are looking to add a Project Manager to the senior management team for a new Apartment development in North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project requirements.
• Oversee all site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
