Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile best practices across the organisation. This role will involve working closely with teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and enhance delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile methodologies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions
• Assess team maturity and identify areas for improvement
• Define and implement actionable Agile improvement plans
• Support the adoption of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
• Collaborate with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in enterprise environments
• Strong experience in Agile transformation programmes
• Hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
• Agile certifications (SAFe preferred)
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills
• Experience assessing Agile maturity and driving improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (C1 minimum – mandatory)
