Back End Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer specialized in network automation to build scalable backend services, automation workflows, and integration tools for network operations. The ideal candidate has strong Python experience and solid understanding of automation frameworks and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend automation solutions using Python, Django, and orchestration tools like Prefect or Airflow.
• Build and maintain integrations with network source-of-truth systems such as Nautobot or NetBox.
• Design, implement, and optimize REST APIs and automation pipelines following DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend teams and network engineers, contributing to full-stack features when needed.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Django.
• Knowledge of Prefect/Airflow, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization with Docker.
• Experience with Linux, REST APIs, and modern frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, React or Vue.js).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and network automation environments.

Location:

Location will be Lisbon and the working model will be hybrid. Candidates must be living in Portugal.
