Role: GenAI Skilled Scrum Master

Location: Singapore

Experience: 5+ yrs

Role Purpose

Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of GenAI initiatives using Agile practices, while enabling fast experimentation and controlled execution.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking

Work as Product Owners and work with Architects to convert AI use cases into executable stories

Track risks, dependencies, and impediments specific to AI delivery

Manage Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and delivery dashboards

Ensure Definition of Done includes quality, validation, and governance for AI solutions

Communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders

Core Skills

Strong Insurance domain knowledge with Scrum Master experience in complex technology programs

Familiarity with AI / GenAI delivery life cycles and experimentation models

Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence)

Excellent stakeholder communication and team coaching skills
