Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. Reporting to our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our marketing and branding campaigns to life across digital and print. From brainstorming fresh concepts to leveraging AI to optimise our creative output, you’ll be an integral part of maintaining our iconic brand identity. Job Requirements

• Proactive, ambitious and energetic designer, looking for the opportunity to make your mark and achieve something remarkable
• 1-2 years of experience in design roles, beauty experience preferred
• Proficiency in Figma, and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience of typography, layout, accessibility and colour theory
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to feedback and collaborate with teams
• Motivated by a fast-paced environment and great at multitasking
• Passion for learning and growing within the field of design

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating both visually appealing and functional designs for marketing and branding campaigns
• Develop and support team with layouts, graphics, and illustrations for digital and print platforms
• Support senior designers in executing design projects
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design materials
• Incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs
• Collaborate with channel teams to meet project goals
• Prepare files for production and ensure quality standards are met
• Contribute to multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Discuss creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Incorporate and champion AI practises to optimise both output and processes
