200 Health is building a next-generation personalized health platform powered by advanced blood testing, biological age analysis, and actionable health insights. We translate complex biomarker data into clear, visual insights and personalized recommendations across lifestyle, supplements, and advanced therapies—enabling individuals to make smarter, data-driven health decisions.



About the Role



We are looking for a Lead Product Manager with strong health tech experience to own and scale core parts of the 200 Health platform. This role is critical in bridging health data, clinical insight, and product experience, ensuring we deliver scientifically credible yet user-friendly solutions. You will lead product initiatives that directly impact how users understand, improve, and act on their health.



Responsibilities



Product Ownership

  • Own end-to-end product areas including:
  • Biomarker analysis & reporting
  • Biological age insights
  • Personalized recommendation engine (lifestyle, supplements, therapies)
  • Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with health outcomes and business goals


Health Data & Clinical Integration

  • Work closely with clinical and data teams to:
  • Translate biomarker data into meaningful user insights
  • Ensure scientific accuracy and credibility
  • Build frameworks for health scoring and interpretation
  • Bridge the gap between clinical logic and product experience


Execution & Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, data, design, clinical)
  • Deliver high-quality features in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive structured problem-solving and clear prioritization
  • User Experience & Product Thinking
  • Own the full journey:
  • Test → Analyse → Insight → Act
  • Simplify complex health data into intuitive, actionable outputs
  • Continuously improve engagement and retention


Data & Performance

  • Define and track key metrics:
  • Activation
  • Engagement
  • Retention
  • Conversion to recommendations/services
  • Use data to iterate and improve product performance



Qualifications


  • 4–6+ years in Product Management
  • Mandatory: Experience in health tech, digital health, or related domains (e.g., diagnostics, wellness platforms, telehealth, biotech, or health data products)
  • Proven track record of shipping and scaling data-driven products



Required Skills


Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Data-driven products and analytics
  • APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture
  • Solid familiarity with:
  • Biomarkers, diagnostics, or health data interpretation
  • Personalized recommendation systems (preferred)


Skills & Mindset

  • Ability to translate complex medical/scientific concepts into product features
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization
  • High ownership and execution focus
  • Excellent cross-functional communication
