About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our product teams by maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure that powers our services. You will be part of a small, agile DevOps team, which provides a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical systems and gain broad exposure across our organization. Your work will directly impact the stability, security, and scalability of our platform as we continue to expand internationally.
This position offers a collaborative environment where your insights and proactive approach are valued. You will work closely with engineers across multiple product teams, focusing on operational excellence, strengthening security measures, and ensuring infrastructure robustness. As we mature our technological foundation, your contributions will help us identify gaps, implement improvements, and foster best practices that align with industry standards.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Programming or scripting skills in languages like Python, TypeScript, Bash, or similar
- Interest or experience with infrastructure as code frameworks such as Terraform or Pulumi
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively across teams
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Motivation to learn, take ownership, and proactively improve systems
- Maintain and enhance the infrastructure, tooling, and deployment pipelines to support efficient service development and operation
- Contribute to security and compliance initiatives, ensuring infrastructure aligns with industry best practices
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate routine tasks
- Maintain and evolve shared infrastructure components, CLI tools, and internal platforms
- Improve observability frameworks to enable better monitoring and incident response
- Identify areas for technological improvement and lead initiatives to implement solutions
- Share best practices and knowledge with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning
- Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues
