Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects within a well-established, specialist contractor.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to specification
• Manage subcontractors, resources and site teams to achieve programme milestones
• Ensure full compliance with quality, safety and documentation requirements
• Oversee project planning, reporting and coordination with internal teams
• Manage scope changes and liaise with commercial teams accordingly

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong background in construction project delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders

Package:

€75,000 – €80,000 + company vehicle + expenses
