Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Delaware (USA) or Vilnius (Lithuania), with flexible remote work options.
As a Sales – Data & AI Security, you will operate at the intersection of sales, technology, and cybersecurity. You will drive revenue growth across the US, EU, and UK markets by translating complex security and AI capabilities into business value for clients.
You will serve as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle, supporting enterprise clients in adopting secure AI solutions, compliance frameworks, and Zero Trust architectures.
What You’ll Do- Act as the primary technical contact during the sales cycle for CYBORA solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify client security, AI, and compliance needs
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Translate regulatory requirements (NIS2, DORA, MiCA, etc.) into actionable technical solutions
- Support data discovery, security posture management, and compliance automation initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders (CISO, CTO, Risk, Compliance leaders)
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including feedback loops from clients and market insights
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or sales engineering (cybersecurity/SaaS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
- Strong expertise in data security, cloud security, or AI security
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, MiCA, AI)
- Experience with DSPM (Data Security Posture Management), Kubernetes, Linux, or cloud-native architectures
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud certifications are a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Training to provide effective product demonstrations and onboarding sessions
- Ability to understand and adapt to international markets, especially in the US, EU, and UK
- Familiarity with data security and AI technologies is a strong plus
