Responsibilities

• Design and evolve complex product experiences with a focus on usability, scalability, and edge cases
• Build and maintain a robust, reusable Figma component library for use across the product
• Translate product requirements into thoughtful UX flows and high-quality UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define and refine features
• Structure and standardize design systems to support AI-generated UI workflows
• Identify gaps in existing designs and proactively propose improvements
• Ensure consistency and quality across all product surfaces

Qualifications

• Strong UX/UI design experience with a focus on complex, system-driven products
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Ability to think through edge cases, user flows, and product logic—not just visual design
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and engineers
• Experience working on technical or AI-driven products is a plus
• Ability to independently own work and make product recommendations
