Solutions Architect

About the Role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and technology domains. This role ensures that all digital and IT initiatives are aligned with corporate strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and long-term technology roadmaps. The candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture framework across business, data, application, and technology domains
• Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with corporate strategy and enterprise architecture standards
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state architectures
• Define and establish technology standards, best practices, and reference architecture models
• Review and validate solution architectures to ensure compliance with governance standards and policies
• Facilitate architecture governance boards and coordinate inputs from business and IT stakeholders
• Evaluate and select technology solutions based on architectural fit and business requirements
• Document architectural models, key design decisions, roadmaps, and integration strategies
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the enterprise digital ecosystem

Required Competencies and Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT strategy roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices
• Experience in designing scalable and integrated technology solutions
• Ability to evaluate technology solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
• Strong documentation and architectural modeling skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an added advantage
