Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‐oriented Learning & Development (L&D)
Administrator to support the smooth running of L&D programs. This entry‐level role will focus
on managing data, training logistics, LMS administration, vendor coordination, and mandatory
training processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect data from stakeholders and prepare simple dashboards and review decks.
- Training Logistics: Organize invites, logistics, meeting links, and feedback collection for in‐person and virtual programs.
- L&D Communications: Share program updates and create basic visuals using Canva.
- LMS Administration: Support backend tasks on the LMS, conduct monthly audits, and upload new courses.
- Vendor & Finance Support: Assist with PR/PO requests, vendor onboarding, and payment tracking.
- Mandatory Training: Share weekly reports and manage LMS updates for mandatory courses.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-1 year experience, preferably in HR.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and comfort with digital platforms.
- Willingness to learn LMS tools and online learning platforms (Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy etc.).
- Familiarity with Canva or interest in learning simple design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the L&D function.
- Proactively proposes actionable fixes rather than just reporting problems.
