Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our team and help drive Agile excellence across our projects. You will be responsible for facilitating Agile Scrum processes, coaching teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
• General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying
• Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the organization
• Guide and coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
• Ensure teams work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products
• Work closely with the Product Developer to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Planning
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives
• Identify, remove, and escalate impediments that hinder team progress
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Track KPIs and support teams in delivering solutions on time and with quality
• Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile values
