About the Role:

We are looking for an Advanced Analytics & Data Science Manager who will contribute our Advanced Analytics and Data Science team and drive the Bank’s Artificial Intelligence transformation.

The role is positioned under Retail Banking, while operating as a Center of Excellence (CoE) within the bank’s agile organization. In this capacity, the team delivers advanced analytics and AI solutions not only for Retail Banking but also for the entire organization.

This role will be responsible for unlocking the full value of the Bank’s data assets and transforming data into a strategic capability that enables data-driven decision making across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead AI initiatives ranging from predictive modeling and optimization to Generative AI and emerging Agentic AI solutions, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Stakeholder Management

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Retail Banking and other business units (HR, Credit, Treasury, Technology, etc.)
• Drive adoption of data and AI strategies across the organization
• Contribute to strategic decision making through data-driven insights

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead and develop a high-performing Advanced Analytics & Data Science team
• Manage recruitment and development of data science and analytics talent
• Ensure analytical deliverables are produced on time, with high quality and strong business impact

AI Transformation Leadership

• Define and drive the Bank’s AI transformation roadmap
• Collect, prioritize and manage AI use cases across business units
• Lead the development of Machine Learning, AI and Generative AI models
• Work closely with MLOps and technology teams to deploy models into production

AI Center of Excellence

• Provide AI and analytics solutions for multiple business domains including HR, Risk, Credit and Marketing
• Lead cross-organizational AI initiatives
• Contribute to AI programs within the ADQ Group ecosystem

Generative AI Initiatives

• Identify and develop GenAI use cases across the bank
• Lead pilot initiatives and scale successful implementations
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop internal productivity solutions

Agentic AI Strategy

• Explore and integrate emerging Agentic AI solutions in financial services
• Design and implement advanced models including predictive models, reinforcement learning and LLM-based systems

Executive Communication

• Regularly communicate progress of the AI transformation journey to senior management
• Provide analytical insights to support strategic decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or AI-related roles
• Proven experience in leading analytics or data science teams
• Strong experience with machine learning, predictive modeling and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and modern data science tools
• Experience deploying models in production environments with MLOps practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in banking, fintech or financial services
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs and modern AI architectures

Experience with large-scale data platforms and advanced analytics environments
