About The Role
We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our in-house Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Revenue Cycle Management applications. Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and maintaining various modules that interact seamlessly with different entities within and outside the organization. This position requires a collaborative mindset, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering products that improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience with React JS and a solid understanding of its ecosystems and API integrations.
- Familiarity with the .NET framework and related technologies.
- Exposure to WPF, MVC, or Angular frameworks is a plus.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
- Ability to write reusable, efficient, and clean code.
- Knowledge of web security protocols, including JWT tokens.
- Experience with various design and architectural patterns, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Experience with automated testing platforms and unit testing.
- Proficiency with version control tools like CVS, VSS, or TFS.
- Ability to build and manage Jenkins pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or familiarity with EMR systems and Claims processing is advantageous but not mandatory.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Translating application user stories and use cases into functional modules within our EMR and Revenue Cycle Management systems.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reliable, and reusable React JS, .NET, C#, and VC++ codebases.
- Ensuring optimal application performance, responsiveness, and quality standards are met.
- Identifying and troubleshooting bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Developing new tools and modules aimed at improving clinician productivity and enhancing patient care quality.
- Enhancing analytics components to facilitate better revenue collection and operational insights.
- Staying updated with emerging industry technologies and trends, and applying them to improve operational efficiency.
- Contributing to the enhancement of our iOS and Android applications used by field personnel and physicians to include new functionalities that support patient care initiatives.
- Conducting data modeling to ensure solutions effectively cover various business and operational scenarios.
- Promoting excellent customer service standards and fostering effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Participating actively in team efforts, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining reliable attendance.
