Assistant Project Manager

Skills :

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Schedule and Coordinate Meetings: Arrange and manage meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain Project Documentation: Organize and update project documents, such as plans, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Track Project Budget: Assist in tracking project expenses, monitoring budget variances, and preparing budget reports.
  • Manage Project Communications: Help facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and other departments.

2. Project Planning & Execution Support:

  • Assist in Project Planning: Contribute to the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Support Task Assignments: Help assign tasks to team members and track their progress.
  • Coordinate Resources: Assist in the procurement and allocation of necessary resources, such as equipment, software, and personnel.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Help track project progress against the plan and identify potential roadblocks.

3. Issue & Risk Management Support:

  • Identify and Log Issues: Help identify and log project issues and risks.
  • Assist in Risk Mitigation: Support the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
  • Track and Resolve Issues: Help track and resolve project issues in a timely manner.

4. Quality Assurance Support:

  • Assist in Quality Control: Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support Testing Activities: Assist in coordinating and conducting testing activities.

5. Stakeholder Management Support:

  • Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Help build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate Project Updates: Assist in communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
