**About the Role**
Join a dynamic Marketing Activation team that is accelerating the implementation of advanced use cases. As this team scales its initiatives, the focus is shifting from implementation to establishing robust performance measurement. Operating within a modern cloud-based data stack, this team is committed to ensuring every marketing activation is backed by clear, data-driven results. We are seeking a consultant to bring analytical rigor, track, transform, and visualize the impact of marketing initiatives, establishing a clear “follow-up” framework for use cases deployed via advanced customer data platforms.
This is a 6-months fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party. The role offers uc. €65K / annum, pro rata – 40 hrs/week. There is the possibility for extension.
Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in The Netherlands will be considered.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Track and Analyze:** Monitor the implementation of marketing use cases to meticulously measure actual business results against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Data Transformation:** Leverage your advanced proficiency in dbt within a cloud-based environment to transform raw data into sophisticated, analytics-ready models.
- **Visualization Excellence:** Design, build, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards that clearly communicate performance and insights to stakeholders across the marketing activation domain.
- **Strategic Collaboration:** Work closely with various product teams within marketing activation to ensure data alignment, foster understanding, and drive actionable insights.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- **Technical Stack Mastery:** Proven, hands-on experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and advanced proficiency in dbt (data build tool) for complex data transformation.
- **Data Visualization Expertise:** Expert-level skills in Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to translate intricate datasets into intuitive, stakeholder-ready reports and compelling visual stories.
- **SQL Mastery:** Exceptional ability to write complex, performant SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
- **Agile Way of Working:** Experience operating effectively within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- **Domain Expertise:** Previous experience in Marketing Activation, including Performance Marketing, CRM, or Acquisition strategies.
- **Platform Knowledge:** Direct experience with leading customer data platforms (CDPs).
- **Retail Experience:** Understanding of large-scale retail dynamics and complex omnichannel customer journeys.
- **Proactive Communicator:** Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical data findings and insights to non-technical marketing stakeholders.
- **Analytical Mindset:** A “detective” approach to data, driven by curiosity to uncover the ‘why’ behind the numbers and translate observations into strategic recommendations.
