What awaits you in this role

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR products (from idea to go-live and scaling)
• Act as Product Owner by managing backlog, prioritization, scope and sprint planning
• Gather and manage functional & technical requirements; collaborate closely with tech and cross-functional teams
• Develop pricing strategies, financial models, and track revenue, margin and performance metrics
• Support go-to-market strategies and contribute to proposal and new client acquisition processes
• Develop and execute go-to-market, marketing, and sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Take an active role in identifying, approaching, and converting new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Manage customer portfolio and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Identify cross-sell & upsell opportunities to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Translate user feedback and business insights into continuous product improvements
• Create compelling value propositions and product narratives

What we expect

• Preferably 4+ years of experience in HR tech companies (such as ATS, LMS, Performance, C&B platforms), B2B SaaS startups, business analysis, or HR consulting firms offering technology-driven solutions
• Strong stakeholder and direct customer management experience
• Solid understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies
• Commercial mindset with experience in pricing, revenue tracking, and profitability analysis
• Experience in requirement gathering and technical documentation
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• HR domain knowledge is a plus
