What we do
Pioneering the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all, Enerjisa Enerji provides service to 25 percent of Türkiye in electricity distribution and retail, which are the main fields of activities of the company. Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR products (from idea to go-live and scaling)
- Act as Product Owner by managing backlog, prioritization, scope and sprint planning
- Gather and manage functional & technical requirements; collaborate closely with tech and cross-functional teams
- Develop pricing strategies, financial models, and track revenue, margin and performance metrics
- Support go-to-market strategies and contribute to proposal and new client acquisition processes
- Develop and execute go-to-market, marketing, and sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Take an active role in identifying, approaching, and converting new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Manage customer portfolio and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Identify cross-sell & upsell opportunities to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Translate user feedback and business insights into continuous product improvements
- Create compelling value propositions and product narratives
What we expect
- Preferably 4+ years of experience in HR tech companies (such as ATS, LMS, Performance, C&B platforms), B2B SaaS startups, business analysis, or HR consulting firms offering technology-driven solutions
- Strong stakeholder and direct customer management experience
- Solid understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies
- Commercial mindset with experience in pricing, revenue tracking, and profitability analysis
- Experience in requirement gathering and technical documentation
- Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
- HR domain knowledge is a plus
