IT/Computer science/Software Engineer - Hiring UAE National

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking
• Support the sales team in client outreach and follow-ups
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales / business development / customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Self-motivated and target-driven
