About Us:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our growing People Operations Team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our employee lifecycle, ensuring that every operational process-from the moment a candidate says "Yes" to their final day with us-is seamless, compliant, and "fintech-fast."
You’ll keep the gears of the P&C department turning by handling the essential day-to-day operations that allow our culture strong. Your key responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Management: Own the administrative side of the employee journey, including preparing employment contracts, amendments, and handling all offboarding documentation.
- Employee Data Integrity: Act as the "super-user" for our HRIS/People platforms, ensuring 100% data accuracy and generating insightful reports for the P&C Lead.
- Onboarding Orchestration: Coordinate with IT and Team Leads to ensure new hires have a world-class first day, managing everything from equipment logistics to culture integration.
- Benefits Management: Manage and update employee benefit packages (health insurance, wellness perks, etc.), ensuring all team members are enrolled and informed.
- Project Work: Contribute to or lead specific P&C projects, such as implementing new HR tools, enhancing the employer brand, or driving internal engagement initiatives.
- Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure all P&C processes remain compliant with Lithuanian Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate closely with the Finance department to provide accurate monthly data on leaves, bonuses, and absences.
- Process Optimization: Continuously look for ways to automate manual tasks and improve internal P&C workflows to scale with our global growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a high-volume operational role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of the Lithuanian Labor Code.
- English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills (essential for international communication, documentation, and global team collaboration).
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency with Google Workspace/MS Office and experience navigating People Management software (HRIS).
- Ownership: A "get things done" attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track of the small details.
Nice to have:
- AI Tool Fluency: Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or automation plugins) to increase personal productivity and streamline HR tasks.
- Customer-Centric Background: Experience in a customer-facing role or a service-oriented People role, showing empathy and patience.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of precision—you’re the person who catches the small errors before they become big issues.
- Fintech Interest: Prior experience or a strong interest in the fast-paced Fintech or Tech industry.
