We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping employee experience, engagement, and culture across the business.
About the Role
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented People & Culture professional to join our Melbourne CBD team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the P&C function through delivering people support, improving HR processes, and helping build a positive and engaging workplace culture.
You will work closely with the broader People & Culture team and key business stakeholders, supporting a range of HR activities including employee relations, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is well suited to a junior to mid-level HR professional with experience in People & Culture, HR, or People Operations who is looking to further develop their capability in a broad, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Engagement
- Support the design and delivery of initiatives that reinforce company values and behaviours.
- Coordinate culture activities, engagement programs, and internal events.
- Assist with embedding culture into onboarding, training, and communications.
- Gather employee feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Onboarding & Learning
- Coordinate onboarding processes including pre-boarding and first-week experience.
- Maintain and update onboarding materials and learning resources.
- Support scheduling, delivery, and tracking of training programs.
- Ensure completion of required onboarding and learning tasks.
Internal Communications
- Support clear, timely, and professional internal communications.
- Assist with internal campaigns and people-related initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across P&C communications.
Benefits, Wellbeing & Projects
- Support administration of employee benefits programs.
- Assist with wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
- Provide project support across People & Culture activities.
- Track actions, timelines, and deliverables for HR projects.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 1– 4 years’ experience in People & Culture, HR, or People Operations.
- Exposure to employee experience, culture, or engagement initiatives (highly regarded).
- Experience in HR, employee relations, or administrative support roles.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- A continuous improvement approach and interest in improving processes and ways of working.
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded but not essential.
