eCommerce Project Manager/Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client to analyze and improve eCommerce processes.
• Identify and recommend improvements for customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and documentation to support technical implementations.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.
• Manage the project and Stakeholder management of the engagement
• Manage and lead resolution of critical productions with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• Experience in eCommerce consulting or related roles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in process mapping and project management.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English - this role needs to communicate with Japanese customers in Japanese
