AI Development Lead

We’re looking for an AI Development Lead to take a central role in shaping and driving AI transformation across LHV. You'll be responsible for building our internal AI platform, redesigning workflows, and embedding artificial intelligence into the daily work of all our functions. You'll define how AI is adopted, governed, and operationalized across LHV Pank and its subsidiaries.

What You'll Do

• Create, own, and execute the company-wide strategy for AI adoption.
• Lead the charge in redesigning core processes across all major functions to embed AI and automation.
• Oversee the deployment of LLM-based systems, APIs, and production-grade AI solutions that will power our future.
• Focus on creating real business value by improving efficiency, driving automation, and enhancing quality.
• Guide, support, and grow our team of AI experts, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Act as a thought leader, sharing industry trends and your expertise both internally and externally.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading AI transformation or building AI-first workflows that have delivered measurable business impact.
• A strong, hands-on background in engineering or automation, with experience deploying production-grade AI systems or ML models.
• Experience in building and operating internal AI platforms that can be utilized across multiple business functions.
• The ability to combine a high-level strategic vision with hands-on execution, guiding projects from rapid prototypes to structured rollouts.
• Confidence in leading cross-functional change and a willingness to challenge existing ways of working to drive improvement.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in a clear, non-technical way to diverse business groups.
• While this role is fully functional in English, our primary working language is Estonian, so a basic understanding is a significant advantage.
