What Impact You Create At Chanel
Reporting to the Collection Events Orchestration Manager, you are part of the Image Project team within the Image Department, responsible for the development and orchestration of Collection Events worldwide. These include those that take place outside and inside the boutique.
You co-manage one intern with the other Project Manager.

What Impact You Create At Chanel
Reporting to the Collection Events Orchestration Manager, you are part of the Image Project team within the Image Department, responsible for the development and orchestration of Collection Events worldwide. These include those that take place outside and inside the boutique.
You co-manage one intern with the other Project Manager.
YOUR ROLE:
- Event framing and preparation:
- Partner with each region/market to define clear objectives and an event plan in line with local needs, seasonal priorities and Image standards.
- Guide markets in creating retro-plannings & schedules for each event, optimizing client reach, guest experience, and staff engagement.
- Establish a clear governance for each project and communication channels with key stakeholders at local and global level to facilitate the efficient delivery of guidelines and assets.
- Draft and review creative briefs to ensure concepts are in line with collection arrival orchestration priorities (messaging, products) and answer local objectives and maximize the impact of events.
- Prepare and deliver detailed briefs for all necessary event assets (including editorial and visual content, talking points, digital platforms, invitations).
- Ensure that all guidelines and assets meet expectations and fulfill market requirements.
- Event coordination:
- Provide real-time support to markets, proactively addressing questions and finding solutions to potential challenges within market constraints.
- Attend and assist in the onsite rollout of major events when necessary
- Animate key stakeholders at global and local level through formal and informal communication channels to support event execution on behalf of market (client, press, fashion education, style expertise, supply....)
- Collaborate with global production experts to ensure event guidelines are followed (including decor, visual merchandising, content, invitations, catering, gifting).
- Post-event follow-up:
- Ensure measuring factors & KPIs set before the event are clear and match event objectives.
- Participate in post-event debriefs with markets.
- Gather documentation post-event (photos & videos).
- Facilitate the sharing of learnings and best practices to inform future projects.
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in event quality and impact.
What You Will Bring
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in event management and production in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- You are recognized for your initiative, your drive and your organizational skills.
- You are comfortable working in a team, and have an appetite and knowledge of the world of luxury and fashion
- You are fluent in French and English.
