About the Role:

Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with Atoti.
• Thorough understanding of multidimensional data modelling (OLAP concepts), including expertise in aggregations, measures, hierarchies, and dimensions.
• Solid background in data processing, transformation, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience optimizing analytical queries for high-performance workloads.
• Familiarity with tools such as VSCode or PyCharm, as well as Git and CI/CD pipelines in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and API development (REST).
• Prior experience in financial analytics or risk systems is mandatory.
• Familiarity with OLAP engines or analytical databases, as well as knowledge of distributed systems.
• Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Develop analytics applications using Atoti’s Python APIs, including the design and maintenance of multidimensional cubes to support complex analytical workloads, with the implementation of aggregations, hierarchies, and measures for comprehensive data analysis.
• Integrate diverse data sources such as CSV files, relational databases, and streaming inputs into Atoti cubes, and build reliable ETL and data transformation pipelines in Python to prepare, cleanse, and manage large datasets efficiently.
• Ensure data consistency and optimise system performance for large-scale datasets by tuning queries, cube aggregations, and memory usage, while minimising loading times and analysing query execution and latency to improve responsiveness.
• Develop backend services to expose analytics results and integrate Atoti-based analytics with internal systems and dashboards, while also supporting the automation of cube updates and scheduled refreshes to keep insights current.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including quantitative analysts to translate advanced analytical models into efficient cube structures, and frontend developers to enable the delivery of effective and insightful analytical dashboards.
