Role Overview:

We are looking for an Project Manager to integrate our teams in a banking environment, playing a key role in leading and delivering IT initiatives that generate real business value. This role will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end project execution, aligned with strategic objectives, governance models, and quality standards.

What you will do:

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring control over scope, timeline, cost, and quality;
• Lead stakeholder management across business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication;
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies;
• Coordinate and oversee external suppliers and partners, ensuring contractual and delivery commitments;
• Track and report project progress through KPIs, milestones, and status reports;
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, methodologies, and banking standards;
• Manage project scope, detailed planning, and budget control, ensuring delivery of expected outcomes.

What you are like:

• Experienced in IT project management within complex and regulated environments;
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and/or Agile;
• Comfortable working in financial or banking contexts (considered a strong plus);
• Recognized for strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Highly proactive, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic environments;
• Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability;
• A team player with critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure;
• Skilled at prioritization and managing multiple demands simultaneously;
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is valued.
