We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support our client from the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling high-performing agile teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring effective delivery aligned with business goals.

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, PI Planning, and workshops)
• Support teams in building efficient ways of working and continuously improving delivery processes
• Remove impediments and proactively address risks and blockers
• Foster a safe, transparent, and collaborative team environment
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
• Support backlog management and prioritization processes
• Coordinate dependencies and work across multiple teams within the Agile environment
• Promote Agile and SAFe best practices across the organization

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments (Senior level)
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build trust and strong relationships within teams and with stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with SAFe framework
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira (and similar Agile tools)
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong facilitation skills
• Ability to identify risks and drive resolution in a dynamic environmen
