Scrum Master (Guidewire PolicyCenter)

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with mandatory experience in Guidewire (PolicyCenter) to support our client in an international environment, working on large-scale transformation initiatives in the insurance domain.

This role combines Scrum Master and Business Analyst competencies, supporting teams in delivering solutions within transformation projects.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master
• Experience working with system integration teams
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and business processes
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally in Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Experience in transformation projects (system, digital, or cloud)
• High level of independence and ownership in driving initiatives
• Very good command of English (C1)
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment

Nice to have:

• Guidewire certifications
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud
• Experience with on-premise solutions
• Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
