C Developer

C# Developer (.NET / Angular) – Contract

Work Model: Mostly remote (1x onsite per month to start)

Contract Duration: 6 months to start, with strong potential for extension up to 2 years

Pay Rates:

T4: 49-51

IC: 55-60

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable code aligned with business requirements and deadlines
• Work across the full stack including front-end, back-end, and database layers
• Build and enhance applications supporting trading data (current: next-day; future: real-time processing)
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and stability
• Collaborate within Agile sprint teams to deliver incremental value
• Contribute in a small team environment requiring ownership and autonomy

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (strong preference for more senior/self-sufficient candidates)
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• .NET Framework 4.5+ / C#
• Web API & RESTful services
• Asynchronous programming
• Entity Framework
• Front-end expertise with:
• Angular 8+
• HTML5, TypeScript
• Database experience with:
• SQL Server (2008+)
• PostgreSQL
• Experience with:
• Unit testing frameworks (NUnit, MS Test)
• Git version control
• Visual Studio, SSMS
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have / Assets

• Experience with Kendo UI (Angular)
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
• Python programming experience
