About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Princeton, NJ. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and data-driven solutions that support clinical trial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on experience owning and delivering complex applications, coupled with leadership skills to mentor and guide other developers. The Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within the oncology research space, leveraging cloud technologies, modern development practices, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful results.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Princeton, NJ. The Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within the oncology research space, leveraging cloud technologies, modern development practices, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a full stack developer
- At least 3 years of experience leading a development team focused on building on-premises and cloud applications
- Proficiency in core stack technologies including C#/ASP.NET, .NET, Angular, SQL, NoSQL, and AWS
- Recent experience with Angular and redeveloping on-prem web applications for AWS Cloud optimization
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end cloud software development projects, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
- Experience building AWS-based websites, applications, and integrations using services such as CloudWatch, SES, S3, ECR, ECS, and Lambda functions
- UI/UX experience utilizing Blazor or Angular frameworks
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
- Proficiency with GitHub, including GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with Docker containers and managing code through CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of SDLC, validation, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements
- Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical issue resolution skills
- Ability to estimate effort accurately, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
- Lead the application development team’s technical delivery across multiple projects while actively contributing as a senior Full Stack Developer
- Design and implement scalable, secure frontend and backend components, including APIs, services, and UI workflows following best practices
- Embed application security best practices into the development lifecycle, including code security, vulnerability scanning, and dependency management
- Collaborate with product owners, technical analysts, project managers, platform engineering, and analytics teams to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions
- Own end-to-end technical solutions, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Establish and enforce coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance quality and release frequency
- Mentor and guide other developers, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural integrity
- Coordinate with Solutions Architect, DevOps, and Data teams to develop scalable technical designs aligned with business needs
- Ensure all development activities comply with SDLC, validation, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
- Design secure integrations with external clinical and operational systems
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cloud performance, cost optimization, security posture, and automation
- Stay current with AWS Cloud development tools and environment, integrating new features and best practices into projects
- Manage project timelines effectively, providing accurate effort estimates and adapting to project changes
- Promote documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the development team
