This is a remote position.
- Design and improve the user interface of our website based on usability, user experience principles, and business needs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction effectively and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Test and iterate on UI and UX designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
