Job: Scrum Master - German Speaker

Type: B2B Contract

Location: 3 days Onsite/Month in Munich, Germany [OR] Hannover, Germany

Job Description:

Required Skills:

•Jira (including structure, reports)

•Confluence (documentation)

•Microsoft Suite (Teams, Office, SharePoint)

•Miro (workshop facilitation)

Must Have:

•Knowledge of Customer Communication Management and output management systems (e.g. M/Text Tomic, DocFamily)

•SCRUM Master certification (PSM I/II, CSM, or equivalent)

•At least 3 years of experience as a SCRUM Master

•At least 2 successfully facilitated SCRUM teams

•Experience with IT development projects and software development cycles

•Excellent facilitation skills for all SCRUM events

•Servant Leadership approach

•Conflict resolution and mediation

•SAFe Framework

•Experience with transformation and migration projects
