Data Modeler (H/F/X)

Context of the role:

As part of a strategic and ambitious project in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a Data Modeler (M/F/X) to support our client in designing and structuring robust data models.

You will contribute to key topics around data standardisation and interoperability within a complex and evolving technical environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain complex data models
• Structure and optimise database models in line with healthcare standards
• Work with industry frameworks such as OMOP, OpenEHR and FHIR
• Collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to ensure data consistency
• Ensure data quality, governance and proper documentation
• Contribute to architectural decisions with a solution-agnostic mindset

Profile:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in data modelling (ideally 5–6 years)
• Strong understanding of database design and data modelling concepts
• Experience or strong interest in the healthcare sector
• Open-minded approach, not limited to a single database technology
• Fluent English is mandatory
• French and/or German are a plus
• Curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
