For one of our clients in the financial services sector, we are looking for an experienced Conversational Channels Specialist (Call & Chat) to further develop and scale digital customer interactions across multiple European markets. In this role, you will own and optimise call and (GenAI‑enabled) chat solutions, with a strong focus on customer experience, compliance and cost‑to‑serve. You will work closely with DevOps engineers, business stakeholders and risk, compliance and legal teams to translate business needs into scalable, data‑driven channel solutions. A key part of the role is orchestrating customer flows across chat, search and call, ensuring customers are guided to the right channel at the right time. You thrive in a dynamic bus‑dev‑ops environment, enjoy challenging existing solutions and have a strong affinity with AI and technology. Native‑level Dutch and fluent English are required.
