Process Analyst

Job Description

Analyze and model business processes across multiple departments to support the company’s digital and automation strategy. Perform AS-IS analysis, design TO-BE process improvements, and identify opportunities for automation using tools such as Power Query, Power BI, SAP, andprocess‑mining platforms (Signavio/Celonis).

Collaborate with department teams to define business requirements and ensure clarity beforedevelopment. Support idea prioritization and lead smaller improvement initiatives within the Process Automation portfolio. Work in a internationalenvironment and align with PA methodology, governance, and enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Interest or experience in business process analysis and process modeling (BPMN).

• Understanding of workflow logic, data flows, and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP basics).

• Familiarity with analytical tools (Power BI, Power Query, Excel).

• Ability to prepare clear documentation (process maps, requirements, summaries).

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving.

• Good communication skills.

• English proficiency (B2+) Slovenian is a must

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Signavio or ADONIS.

• Experience with Celonis/PAFnow.

• Exposure to automation (Power Automate, AI Copilot).

• Basic project‑management.

• Experience from consulting or IT studies.

• Agile (SCRUM).

Work Location: Ljubljana (BTC), with occasional travel to Velenje where is HQ Hisense Europe
