Lead Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Regulatory Project Manager to join our client's dynamic and growing team.

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery, monitoring, and governance of ESG Scores within the Sustainable Finance & Investment (SFI) function. The role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of ESG scores and related index-level outputs, in line with FTSE Russell requirements and benchmark regulation (BMR) obligations across the UK and EU. The Project Manager will operate in a highly regulated environment, coordinating across multiple internal teams to manage deliverables, document variances, and provide clear reporting back to the FTSE business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Multiple years’ experience in project management within financial services, data, benchmarks, ESG, or regulated environments
• ESG background required, ideally within sustainable finance, indices, benchmarks, or financial data
• Demonstrable experience working in highly regulated businesses
• Strong understanding of stakeholder coordination and complex delivery environments
• Proven ability to manage delivery against tight deadlines and regulatory constraints
• Experience supporting data comparisons, variances, reconciliation, or score changes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for senior stakeholders
• Sustainable Finance regulations or Benchmark Regulation (BMR) experience across the EU and UK
