We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – HR Systems & Learning Platform for a consultancy assignment. You will lead two strategic and business-critical initiatives: replacing the current HR platform and implementing a group-wide learning management system (LMS).
This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership from early requirements and decision material through procurement and all the way to implementation. You will work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors in a highly collaborative environment. Interviews will be conducted via Teams.

What will this role achieve?
You will successfully drive two parallel transformation projects, ensuring clear requirements, well-founded procurement decisions, and high-quality implementation aligned with both business and IT needs.
What will be your job scope and key deliverables?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Own and lead the full project lifecycle, including project planning, governance, and delivery, ensuring progress against scope, timeline, and objectives.
- Drive requirements gathering through workshops and stakeholder interviews, and document business needs across HR and learning processes.
- Translate needs into clear, prioritized, and procurement-ready requirements, and support vendor selection and evaluation.
- Define and secure non-functional and architectural requirements, including security, scalability, usability, and system integrations.
- Contribute to commercial aspects such as licensing models, contracts, support, and SLA.
What do we need for this role?
- Education: Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience within IT, HR, or business.
- Experience: Extensive experience in project management, preferably within HR systems and/or learning platforms (LMS), including driving complex procurement and implementation projects in larger organizations.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, solid experience in business and technical requirements gathering, and a good understanding of HR processes and system landscapes. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
- Personal attributes: Structured, driven, and delivery-focused, with a proactive and hands-on mindset. You are comfortable navigating complexity, building trust across functions, and ensuring progress in environments with multiple stakeholders.
