Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user‑centric, accessible solutions aligned with design system principles for digital channels and internal tools
• Lead design work end‑to‑end, from insights and concepting to production‑ready deliverables
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (design, product, business, architecture, and development)
• Communicate design decisions clearly, gather feedback, and iterate effectively
• Manage multiple design initiatives in parallel, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• Full capability to work, communicate and document design work efficiently in English
• Hands-on skills in user interviews, concept creation, prototyping, UX/UI design, and validation
• Strong expertise in Figma (design, prototyping, documentation)
• Strong design system mindset with hands‑on contribution experience
• Solid understanding of accessibility principles
• Solid understanding in designing multi-language user interfaces
• Practical experience with Jira and agile workflows
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while taking ownership of assigned work
• Understanding of how AI can support and enhance design work
• Strong attention to visual detail, quality, and structured ways of working
• Strong motivation to be part of a dedicated team and a passion for shared success
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering results.
