HR Senior Specialist - Transition Delivery - Warsaw - Hybrid
I am recruiting for a highly capable HR Senior Specialist with a strong combination of HR functional expertise and transition/project delivery experience to support HR transformation initiatives across client organisations.
This role requires hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transformation projects, including feasibility, solution design, and implementation, within Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services environments.
You will play a key role in delivering HR transformation programmes, ensuring effective transition of HR processes and services into optimised operating models.

Key Responsibilities
HR Transformation & Transition Delivery
- Support and deliver HR transformation and transition projects across the full lifecycle: feasibility, design, and implementation.
- Contribute to the setup, migration, and optimisation of HR Shared Services / GBS models.
- Participate in process transitions, including knowledge transfer, stabilisation, and continuous improvement.
Project & Programme Support
- Support project governance, planning, and tracking across HR transformation initiatives.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies within HR workstreams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives.
HR Operations & Functional Expertise
- Provide strong HR operational knowledge across key areas (e.g., employee lifecycle, HR admin, payroll interface, HR data).
- Support the design and improvement of HR service delivery models and processes.
- Ensure alignment with best practices in HR shared services and global operating models.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, HR leadership, and business teams.
- Support communication and alignment throughout transformation and transition activities.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Manage HR data, reporting, and performance tracking (KPIs/SLAs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardisation, and automation.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations within Shared Services or GBS environments.
- Demonstrated experience in HR transition and transformation projects, including:
- Feasibility and assessment
- Solution design
- Implementation and migration
- Strong project delivery experience, with the ability to manage workstreams and support programme execution.
- Experience in process migration, service transitions, or operating model design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
