Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth and process optimization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify key trends and insights that support organizational strategy
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Build and optimize data models and queries
• Integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and consistency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver valuable insights
• Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner
• Share knowledge and promote best practices within the team

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the data domain
• Strong understanding of business operations, including strategic planning and data-driven decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (reporting, dashboards, data visualization, and data modeling)
• Strong SQL skills with experience working on large-scale datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Databricks and familiarity with collaborative data engineering and analytics environments
