🧠 What You’ll Actually Do

• Own the quality bar for frontend engineering across core products
• Build fast, responsive, production-grade apps using React / Next.js
• Sweat the details others ignore:
• render performance, interaction latency, layout shift, accessibility
• Partner closely with Product & Design to bring ideas to life exactly as intended
• Jump into backend when needed (APIs, data shaping, service integration)
• Raise the standard across the team through code reviews and mentorship
• Treat Core Web Vitals as a baseline, not a “nice to have”
