Business Analyst (with UX / Design Experience) – AI & Digital Products

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong UX/design awareness to join a team delivering innovative AI-powered and data-driven digital products. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business requirements and user experience, helping shape intuitive solutions in complex, fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear functional solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and designers to define user-centric product improvements
• Support the design of intuitive, accessible digital experiences across AI-enabled platforms
• Map business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate requirements and improve product outcomes
• Help navigate ambiguity by turning evolving business needs into structured delivery plans

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital product or technology environments
• Strong experience working alongside UX/UI or product design teams
• Ability to create process maps, workflows, user stories, and functional documentation
• Experience gathering requirements in agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AI-driven products or data-led platforms
• Familiarity with Figma or design collaboration tools
• Experience with BPM, AI agent consoles, or regulated environments such as CFR/GMP compliance
• Understanding of user research, journey mapping, or usability testing principles

Additional Information

• Remote (expected to be available for quarterlytrips to Prague)
• 12 month contract
• Working overlap needed with US based client: 9-6/10-7 CET
